Legal Responsibilities
Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Preparing and reviewing agreements, MOUs,

laws, such as workplace safety, anti-discrimination laws, and data privacy regulations.
Dispute Resolution: Managing legal disputes, representing the company in court or
arbitration, and liaising with external counsel when needed.
Policy Formulation: Developing legal policies and ensuring compliance with corporate
governance.
Risk Assessment: Identifying potential legal risks and providing solutions to mitigate them.
Employee Grievance Handling: Addressing and resolving employee legal grievances or
complaints related to workplace harassment, wrongful termination, etc.
Time Office Responsibilities
Time and Attendance System Management:
Ensure accurate functioning of biometric or manual time-keeping systems.
Record and monitor attendance, tardiness, and absenteeism.
Overtime and Shift Management:
Calculate overtime hours and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Manage and update shift schedules to meet production needs.
Leave Management:
Track leave applications and approvals.
Maintain updated leave balances and ensure proper documentation.
Workforce Management:
Maintain and monitor worker deployment across shifts to ensure optimal staffing.
Coordinate with the production department for manpower requirements.
HR Data Management:
Maintain employee records, including personal files, contracts, and performance records.
Training and Development:
Organizing training programs and workshops for employee skill development.
