    * For MNC & National / Regional companies we are charging operator to Asst Manager level-8.33% of the gross annual salary.
    * For manager and above - 4.16% of the gross annual salary for     same.
    * Free replacement- in case any of our referred candidates   leave the organisation with 90 days of joining , we will offer   free replacement immediately.
    * For bulk requirement- open for negotiation
    * For out sourcing-15% of the gross amount payable excluding    statutory payments of principal employers.
    * Payment schedule-
       Payment within 15 days from the date of joining.
