🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for the Odisha FMCG market.

• Achieve assigned sales, distribution and revenue targets.

• Manage and expand distributor, dealer, retailer and channel networks across Odisha.

• Identify new markets, territories and business opportunities.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

• Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans.

• Drive product availability, visibility and distribution across the market.

• Guide and coordinate with the sales team to achieve territory-wise targets.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

• Plan and execute promotional and market development activities.

• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, products and promotional activities.

• Support new product launches and market expansion.

• Follow up on sales orders, collections and outstanding payments.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.

• Handle customer and channel-partner issues effectively.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales & market development reports.

• Travel extensively across Odisha as required.
